One plate per guest, grilled fresh. Veg options like paneer tikka, veg seekh kebab, tandoori mushroom, hara bhara kebab, and crispy corn — plus non-veg favorites including chicken tikka, chicken afghani, chicken banjara, and seasonal fish tikka.
A full sit-down dinner with salads, papad and pickle, your choice of paneer curry, a veg or non-veg main, dal, jeera and steam rice, fresh Indian breads, and dessert to finish — gulab jamun, moong dal halwa, or seasonal gajar halwa.
